Our team provides ongoing support in marketing, training, software, and operations to ensure the success of every franchise.

Do I need prior experience in tax preparation or accounting?

No prior experience is required, as we offer a comprehensive training program. In addition, our franchisees receive ongoing support to help answer questions and continuously improve their skills.

What does the franchise fee cover?

The franchise fee grants you the right to open a TORO Taxes business location, market our brand, display our signage, and much more. It includes initial training, marketing materials, our full operations manual, access to the support team, an exclusive web portal, and tax preparation software. All details are clearly outlined in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which you’ll have the opportunity to review before committing to purchasing a franchise.

How does TORO Taxes help franchisees attract clients, especially outside of tax season?

We develop marketing strategies and provide training courses to help franchisees offer additional services—such as bookkeeping and payroll—that generate year-round revenue.
